Family: Husband Matt, Kids – Lauren attends BHS and Macy and Joey attend Forestview.

Hobbies: Spending time on the sidelines of my kids sports events watching and cheering them on in soccer, basketball, track, gymnastics, football and baseball, whew! When we get some rare free time, we like to camp and spend time on the lake.

Volunteering: I volunteer for several organizations including Brainerd Public Schools, BPSF, YMCA, and the Lakes Area Manufacturing Alliance. I also serve on CLC’s Business Management Program Advisory Committee and have been guest speaker/presenter at various conferences and classrooms.

Current employer and Job Title: LINDAR, Avantech and Tri-Ven Human Resources Manager

What makes the BPSF mission meaningful to you?  My dad was an educator and I have always been a firm believer in the importance of education. BPSF plays an important role in enhancing opportunities for Brainerd Public Schools students. Our board is passionate and committed to our mission and it’s so rewarding to see the work that we do benefit our students, teachers and community.
