Family: My husband’s name is Paul and we have two sons. Our oldest, Jacob is in 9th grade and Nathan is in 6th grade. We also have a dog, named T-Rex.

Volunteering: Board Chair Crow Wing County Crime Victim Services, Past United Way board member and committee member; Past League of Women Voters/Brainerd Lakes Area member and board member; Blandin Leadership Training graduate; Chamber Leadership Training graduate; Member, Sunday School teacher and confirmation guide at Trinity Lutheran Church; YMCA board secretary and board member.

What makes the BPSF mission meaningful to you? Everyone wants to help and make a difference in education in our community. BPSF gives everyone the chance to do so. As a donor, as a participant in our fund raising and events, as a committee member or in other service in continually evolving forms. BPSF supports innovative, outside-the-box teaching, instruction and experiences for learners and provides direct support to students in the form of scholarships. From pre-k to college, the energy and support of BPSF reflects our community as a whole.
